Garth Peterson sentenced to nine months in prison
The ex-head of China at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) has received a sentence of nine months in prison for evading the internal controls of the platform’s Wall Street bank parent and for violating the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
